        Located on the upper floors of 134 Main Street, these apartments were created to help diversify housing options across Central Maine. As this existing building is within Winthrops Historical District, efforts were taken to not only preserve the buildings character but emphasis it. Original Italianate brick and large preserved windows combine with double height lofts and open floor space to liven these units with a modern aesthetic.
