        Following the permanent closer of the Old Livermore Middle School, this proposal was drafted for a developer looking to offer a variety of housing options in Central Maine. The building now would contain 32 units across a variety of layouts, 2 laundry spaces, a large community space, an Administration office, and tenant storage areas. This developer had a sister project done with us, the Winthrop Downtown Housing.
