A new construction project with a condensed footprint was design for short-term rental use. The modern aesthetics and views of the water ensure a draw for future rental. The layering and variation of facade finishes work to provide textures and break up the flat panel-line walls into more scalable units. Bidding is ongoing and construction is pending.
