Row Condo Renovations
A series of renovations to two condo buildings in Carrabassett Valley. Construction is ongoing.
Condo 1
The first condo has the main floor mostly gutted, clearing out many of the internal walls to open up the living space and entire rear of the building. A new entryway has been added that includes a laundry space and mudroom. A rear addition has been constructed that pulls the kitchen, living room and double height space out into the backyard, further increasing the volume of this space.
On the upper level, the roofline and overall layout has been completely redone. A dormer as been added over the renovated bedroom to increase head height, brining the second floor to three full bedrooms.

Condo 2
The second Condo was more focused on optimizing the square footage rather then opening up spaces. The first floor in building two was expanded through a front mudroom and rear dining area addition.
The second floor in the building has removed all of the double height spaces except for at the end of the stair landing, and in doing so the livable space on this level has been quadrupled. This allows the addition of two extra bedrooms and a shared full bath, while the existing half-bath has been privatized for the master bedroom.
