SUGARLOAF CONDO

        A renovation of an existing structure to accommodate a growing extended family.  Maximizing the headroom at the lower level while maintaining HOA height restrictions were some of the design challenges. The project scope included a second floor addition which contained a new guest bath and bedroom in a overhead loft.
